The breathtaking springtime beauty of an English bluebell woodland was the inspiration for these fresh and colourful earrings. In spring the woods ring with birdsong as birds are busy making partnership bonds and building nests. At the same time flowers such as wood anemones, ramsons and celendine appear, and countless millions of sweet scented bluebells cover English woodland floors with a carpet of sapphire blue each April and May. Half of the world's bluebells are found in the UK and this natural spectacle is a quintessentially British sign that spring has arrived. Cobalt blue glass bell flowers are suspended from green chain.
